How can my unique Reflexology help you?

Reflexology is a holistic non-invasive therapy for Mind and Body which works on the reflex points of your feet. Unlike other reflexologists, I re-balance and heal your body, mind and spirit with an array of modalities which includes sending messages from your feet to your body and back to me. This unique approach and special treatment is NOT a foot massage as you may have experienced before.

Reflexology benefits the majority of people of all ages. My clients range in age from 5 to 98 years.

Many people use reflexology as a way to deal with stress, to re-balance the body’s homeostasis and to revive energy levels -– thereby increasing well-being and reducing dis-ease. For further details, please click on "About Brigitte and What is Reflexology?"

My Treatments are individually designed for you, to promote and prioritize the outcomes you want to achieve. My goal is to help and heal you using the full extent of my knowledge and capabilities--not just limited to reflexology.

To meet your needs, my hours are flexible and I make house calls in VA and (as required) in DC and MD. Sessions in my main Oakton office are by appointment ONLY. By special arrangement, I can also accept appointments in two local doctors' offices, and in nursing homes.
